Enemy Officers are the main and final antagonists of the 1997 video game Ace Combat 2 and its 2011 remake, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy. They are members of the Usean Rebel Forces who took over the command over the rebel forces' remnants after most of them had been defeated and intended to further escalate the conflict.
Biography[]
At the start of the Usean coup, many officers of the Usean Allied Forces' armies joined the rebels in order to prevent Osean presence on Usea. After the Allied Forces retook most of the continent, a number of officers retreated to Fortress Intolerance in North Point. From there, they intended to launch an ICBM at Yuktobania, hoping that such an act would spark a world war and let them escape punishment in the ensuing chaos. The Allied Forces' mercenary pilot Scarface 1 raided the fortress and destroyed the ballistic missile inside, triggering a chain reaction that destroyed the fortress and presumably killed most of the enemy officers. The surviving officers were all captured in the aftermath.
