Engine Brain is a minor antagonist of Choujuu Sentai Liveman, serving as the primary antagonist of the Episode 5. He was a Brain Beast at the service of the Armed Brain Army Volt and under the command of the Great Professor Bias and Doctor Kemp.

He was voiced by Eiji Maruyama.

Biography

Engine Brain was created by Doctor Kemp. Later, his masters, Professor Bias and Doctor Kemp tasked this monster with their new plan of the world domination by using his abilities and taking control of all of the cars in Tokyo. Engine Brain arrived to Tokyo and secretly entered a car that Yusuke was building with Takuji's younger brother Takeshi. The villain quickly took control over the car and started his evil plan. Brain Beast drove off and caused a lot of trouble in the city, endangering multiple innocent civilians, before Red Falcon finally found the monster and stopped him.

After being forced to come out of the car, Engine Brain found and entered another car before the Livemen heroes detected him and countered the monster with their newly built Live Cougar in a car-chase battle. After being blasted and obliterated to bits and parts by the Biomotion Blaster, this Brain Beast was reformed and grown into a giant by Gash and fought the Live Robo. However, Engine Brain was in fact a quite weak monster and so he was quickly overpowered and beaten by the Liveman, before he was permanently destroyed by the Live Robo.
