The Enma Sydicate is a yakuza gang and an antagonistic organization in Ayashimon. Based in Kabukicho, they were founded by Kio and originally stood for justice. After Kio's death, however, they became a violent gang under the leadership of Doppo Akari. In the present day, they are recognized as one of the Four Great Powers.

The Enma Syndicate was founded by Kioh at an unknown time. The Syndicate adopted the code of Jingi, meaning Justice and Duty. The Enma Syndicate was very successful during this time and Kio became the Great Oyabun of Shinjuku. After Kio's death due to no longer being able to sustain his body, the Syndicate fractured, with all the families that were a part of it splitting off in the hope of becoming the next Oyabun of Shinjuku.
Kioh's will split his assets among the top members of the syndicate and named Doppo Akari as the next leader of the syndicate despite him being a low ranking member at the time. Under his leadership, the Syndicate reformed and became a more violent gang due to Doppo wanting to spread fear into the public and other gangs.

When Doppo learns that Urara and Maruo have entered Kabukicho illegally, he interrogates Hashihime, and while she denies having any involvement, he remains suspicious after sensing her fear and removes her from her position. He gives a speech for the entire syndicate and orders them to find Urara and Maruo in order to to make an example out of them.
