The Eradicator MK II+ (formerly MK II) is a major antagonist in the 2023 Roblox video game, Tower Defense X.
It is the second generation of Dr. Xenon's Eradicator series as well as the second to be encountered by the Player/Commander. The Eradicator MK II boasts greater combat capabilities and a new set of abilities in which its predecessor lacked, making it suited for large-scale combat. This Eradicator is considered the final boss of Expert Mode, and has received a heavily upgraded version since the gamemode's rework.

Base Game[]
Expert (Pre-Rework)[]
The Eradicator MK II made its first appearance as the main boss of Expert difficulty prior to the rework, making it the final boss (not counting Endless) of the base game. Appearing on wave 40, it is notably more dangerous that the original Eradicator, armed with miniguns and rockets that deal high damage and often kill towers instantly. Its second phase, "Mechanical Terror", stuns all towers and deals unavoidable damage to nearby towers. After its defeat, it will lose both of its arms and explode. During the Xmas 2023 event, Dr. Xenon reveals that MK II exploded due to a flaw in its core causing it to have a chance to cause a massive chain reaction.
In Endless mode, it appears alongside MK I as a recurring boss, with its debut wave also being wave 40. Unlike MK I and MK IV, however, it does not have a secret golden form.
2024 Halloween Event[]
The Eradicator MK II returns in the 2024 Halloween Event as the main antagonist and final boss of Chapter 3. After being corrupted by the Awakened, it was sent to defend a citadel from the last GDA Artillery crew attempting to destroy it. Like the original version, it will lose both of its arms and explode after being defeated.
Expert (Post-Rework)[]
After receiving constant defeats from the Player/Commander, Dr. Xenon rebuilds it with improved arsenal and an additional armor. This results in Eradicator Mk. II becoming a more stronger and threatening boss, complete with newer weaponry consisting of rocket pods attached on his back, and a forcefield after losing its outer armor. Despite this, the new and improved Eradicator Mk. II could still be defeated in a similar manner to its pre-rework version, and its core overheating issue somewhat remain unsolved.
Nightmare Mode[]
The Eradicator MK II+ and it's legacy counterpart would make a return in this gamemode, in which they would appear in Wave 47. Each iteration spawns in pairs, with two MK II+ units descending from the sky in a similar manner to Avatars, and legacy MK IIs appearing in the start of the path. It is also spawned as a clone by the Emperor.

Pre-Rework[]
The Eradicator Mk. II is an armored cyborg humanoid designed like it's predecessor, it's overall suit is painted in green. It wears a helmet with black visor and a red set of teeth. It wields a pair of dual-barreled miniguns in combat, in addition to rocket launchers on its shoulder pads and leg armor. It has a jetpack on its back, suited for retreating from the battlefield.
Corrupted[]
It's Corrupted counterpart heavily resembles the pre-rework iteration, albeit with heavy damage across the whole armor and having monstrous arms. It wields different weapons unlike the original, consisting of a tri-barreled minigun and a grenade launcher.
Post-Rework[]
This current version resembles its previous iteration, complete with more weaponry and better armor. This iteration is now protected with body armor reminiscent of Eradicator Mk. IV's own full-body armor, it's helmet is also reinforced in addition to having a red optical lens on the right side of the visor. It's backpack is now armed with additional missile launchers.

Trivia[]
- At first, many players thought Eradicator MK II was the return of MK I. However, the Xmas 2023 event confirmed that they are separate entities.
- Eradicator MK II's leitmotif is titled "Phuck Your Heart" by Aaron F. Bianchi Jupiter, it has two alternate versions such as the Violent version for its Corrupted counterpart in the 2024 Halloween Event, and the recent one known as the "Fight Like Hell Edition" for its current version as of the Expert Rework.
- It's Corrupted version has an unused jumpscare gimmick, which is triggered when it spawns during the final wave of the 3rd Night of the 2024 Halloween Event. This was later added to the Battlepass Rework update, making it the only boss ever known to jumpscare the player when reaching it's next phase.
- Eradicator MK II's design was originally a joke, however John liked it so much that he added it to the game.
