Ernesto Diaz is the main antagonist of Time Crisis II. He is the leader of NeoDyne Industries and tried to launch a nuclear satellite, using the Starline Network as a cover up.
Time Crisis II
He plotted to launch a nuclear satellite and the VSSE went to stop him. He was aided by his right-hand man Wild Dog to help launch the satellite. When VSSE agent Christy Ryan tried to uncover the secrets behind the satellite, she was promptly captured and held hostage at NeoDyne's headquarters. In the final confrontation, Wild Dog blew himself up after losing against Keith and Robert and Diaz was defeated when his decoy satellite broke apart, causing him to fall to his death and destroying the satellite before it could launch.
