Ernie is the main antagonist of the American Dad! episode "The Long March".
He is a killer that wants to kill Steve and Francine so that he can turn them into food.
He is voiced by Troy Baker.
Biography[]
After a disappointing ride filled with unnecessary gas station stops and witnessing their driver, Ernie, strangely eat only the bones of a fish dinner, Steve and Francine agreed to give him four stars to mitigate the professional consequences however, the couple couldn't escape him. When booking transportation for a later Billy Joel concert, they found Ernie was assigned as their driver regardless of the ride share company they used.
The situation became dire as Ernie worked for all delivery apps, threatening their access to food. In an attempt to solve the problem, Klaus hired Ernie via TaskRabbit to assemble an Ikea bookshelf. Though Steve and Francine feared for their lives, their chance to escape came when Ernie failed at the assembly, leaving behind a washer. Klaus began angrily docking Ernie's stars, creating the diversion Francine and Steve needed to flee as Ernie was distracted in the act of assaulting Klaus.
