Esteban and Teo Famosa are minor villains in season two of Dexter.
Esteban was portrayed by Gilbert Saldivar, and Teo was portrayed by Wilmer Calderon.
When James Doakes escapes the cabin Dexter Morgan was holding him in, he comes across drug dealers Esteban and Teo Famosa in a speedboat. He tries telling them what's going on, but they don't speak English, and they knock him out once they find out he's a police officer.
Some time later, Dexter returns the cabin with food for Doakes, but finds he's not in his cell. He then quickly starts looking for Doakes, finding him carrying cocaine while the Esteban brothers hold him at gunpoint, forcing him to take the cocaine into the cabin Dexter was using to hide Doakes.
Dexter signals to Doakes to make a distraction, so he starts arguing with Teo while Dexter sneaks back into the cabin and snaps Esteban's neck off-camera, then leaves the cabin with his gun.
Once Doakes sees Dexter outside, he throws a bag of cocaine into Teo's face which gets into his eyes, giving Dexter enough time to shoot Teo in the heart. Doakes thanks Dexter for saving his life, though he still re-takes Doakes as his prisoner and then the two feed Esteban and Teo's bodies to alligators off-screen. It's unknown what happened with their cocaine, although it's possible that it was destroyed along with their boat by Dexter to get rid of the evidence of their murders.

Teo Famosa is the first and only person in the entire show Dexter kills using a gun.
Esteban Famosa is the second person in the entire show Dexter kills off-camera (the first is Jose Garza), with only a brief struggle and the sound of Esteban's body hitting the floor being heard.
