Etelgar is the main antagonist of Ultraman Ginga S Movie Showdown! The 10 Ultra Warriors. He is a powerful demonic alien who, for an unknown reason, seeks to destroy all the Ultras.
He first appears as a subordinate of Arina, but is eventually revealed to be the true mastermind behind the film's events.

Ultraman Ginga S Movie Showdown! The 10 Ultra Warriors[]
Etelgar attacked Planet Zandt and brainwashed one of the planet's residents, Arina, into believing Ultraman Ginga destroyed her planet. The two then traveled across dimensions, kidnapping Heisei Ultras.
After Etelgar imprisoned Ultraman Cosmos, Ultraman Zero appeared as Ultimate Zero and confronted Etelgar, prompting the alien and his partner to flee.
Etelgar and Arina's next move was to attack Ultraman Ginga and Ultraman Victory. Etelgar was initially overpowering the duo, but Ultraman Zero soon arrived and hit him with an Ultimate Aegis attack. Despite surviving, Etelgar retreated again.
Etelgar later returned and created an Eteldummy of Dark Lugiel with the collected fear of the civilian population, before going back to his castle.
Once all of the sealed Ultras were freed, Etelgar created Eteldummies of some of the Ultras' most powerful foes: Dark Mephisto, Five King, Alien Sran, Alien Empera and Ultraman Belial to face off against them while Ultraman Ginga Victory and Ultraman Cosmos went to confront Etelgar himself.
Etelgar initially held his own against Ultraman Ginga Victory and Ultraman Cosmos' Luna Mode, but the battle shifted in the Ultras' favor, when Cosmos shifted to Eclipse Mode. Cosmos then cured Arina's brainwashing with his Cosmium Beam while Ginga Victory destroyed Etelgar with an Ultra Fusion Shoot.
