The Evil Four Deva Kings are a mercenary quartet of four infamous space outlaws hired on by Mad Gallant and major antagonists in Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion.
They are comprised of the tough bodyguard Ikki, the machine soldier Zampa, the space prophet Brima and the master of disguise Gyol.
History[]
The Evil Four Deva Kings were hired by Mad Gallant to assist him and Satan Goss in tracking down the Golden Bird, as well as to defeat Juspion. Their initial scheme involved creating a powerful Megabeast from a child's drawing, forcing him to make the Megabeast invincible so Juspion would not be able to defeat it, but their scheme was thwarted when the child tore up the drawing, enabling Juspion in Daileon to destroy it.
The Four Deva Kings later assisted Mad Gallant in tracking down Kenichiro Nanbara, a photographer who had taken a photo of the legendary Golden Bird. Mad Gallant initially tried to bribe Nanbara into telling them where the bird was, but after he found out their true intentions, Mad Gallant had the Four Deva Kings kidnap him and his children. After Juspion freed Nanbara's children, Ikki offered to face Juspion himself and fought him in a one-on-one battle, falling to Juspion's Cosmic Halley attack.
The remaining Deva Kings would continue to serve Mad Gallant. Zampa would later devise a scheme to lure Juspion into a trap so he could destroy him. Having been the one who killed Juspion's parents in the past, Zampa lured Juspion into a building using photos taken of his parents before having his men fire on the building to destroy Juspion. Juspion managed to survive by creating a barrier with his energy, but was left drained and wounded. He later found the spirits of his parents, who healed him and explained Zampa's grudge against them. With his power restored, Juspion went to face Zampa in battle. After causing Zampa to show his true machine form, Juspion was able to destroy him.
Following Ikki and Zampa's deaths, Brima and Gyol would continue to serve Mad Gallant as his assistants and bodyguards.
