The Evil O.W.C.A. Robots are supporting antagonists of Phineas and Ferb episodes "Where's Perry (Parts 1 & 2)". They are life-size robotic duplicates of several characters in the series created by O.W.C.A. intern Carl Karl.
Biography[]
Programmed to do Evil[]
The robots were created by Carl during his free time as intern to help replace any missing citizens in the Tri-State Area, though they include the Flynn-Fletcher family, Clyde Flynn, Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Major Monogram, Norm, Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, Vanessa Doofenshmirtz, Baljeet Tjinder, Irving Du Bois and Buford Van Stomm. However, when Carl turned evil after being accidentally shot by a Ultimate-Evil-Inator ray by the real Doofenshmirtz, he reprogrammed all the robots to do evil. To that end, the robots try to trap Perry in order for Carl to use his pawprint to gain access to the O.W.C.A. mainframe and take over the Tri-State Area. However, Perry unexpectedly escapes from O.W.C.A. after being accidentally sent away to an undisclosed location by one of Doofenshmirtz's inators.
Final Battle and Demise[]
Not wanting to waste any time, Carl and the robots manage to track Perry's current location in Africa, where the real Flynn-Fletchers are taking a vacation. Upon tracking down Perry, Carl orders his robots to capture him, but the platypus has recruited several animals in the wild to help him fight against the robots. The robots are then defeated and destroyed, except for Robot Candace, who sacrificed herself to destroy Robot Phineas in order to give the real Candace a phone to call her boyfriend Jeremy Johnson. Following the robots' destruction, Carl is turned back to normal by Doofenshmirtz (who uses his Re-Good-inator to reverse the effects of the Ultimate-Evil-Inator). At the point, Monogram, Carl and Doofenshmirtz head back home to Danville in their remaining jet, using its large magnet to pick up all the remains of the destroyed robots. Meanwhile, Back at the OWCA Headquarters, Monogram and Carl decided to repair the robots, and they did. They repaired the robot duplicates of Phineas Flynn, Ferb Fletcher, Candace Flynn, Linda-Flynn Fletcher, Lawrence Fletcher, Clyde Flynn, Major Monogram, Norm, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Baljeet Tjinder, Buford Van Stomm, Irving Du Bois, Vanessa Doofenshmirtz, and especially Isabella Garcia-Shapiro. So Robot Isabella decided to make a speech using her vocal chords in a robotic voice, saying that Perry wanted a sidekick for so long, and now she's finally his sidekick. Carl apologized to Monogram for being evil and turning all of the OWCA robots evil, and taking over the Tri-State Area. And of course, Monogram forgives him. So it was getting late, and they had to turn off all of the OWCA robots, especially Robot Isabella. And Agent P went to sleep with the rest of his animal agent friends.
