Evil Puss, also known as The Blind King, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Uli) in the DreamWorks TV Show, The Adventures of Puss in Boots.
He is revealed as the usurper who stole control of the Netherworld away from the Tiny Queen; and who has took the semblance of Puss in Boots so he can frame him. He even created an ethnic pressure imbalance that desynchronized the spin rates of the hermetic realm barrier loop membranes causing dozens of Pusses to be sucked into the Netherworld.
He was voiced by John MiMaggio.
Appearance[]
Evil Puss/The Blind King looks almost completely identical to Puss, just with different hair and voice, as Evil Puss has a knight's hat with a red feather and Puss's has a yellow one. He also wears a belt with a sword and small Corinthian boots.
Personality[]
Evil Puss could be defined as the evil version of Puss: he is manipulative, cunning, sadistic, devious, cunning, charming and vindictive. He has stolen many abilities from Puss that he manages to use to his advantage and new ones that he manages to use on his behalf. He does all this to cheat Puss and get the upper hand for himself.

He can see the disembodied eyes littering the Netherworld, giving him immense perspective.
