The Evil Spirits are supporting antagonists in The Mystery of Mildenhall Manor!, the third episode of The Amazing Digital Circus.
They are spirits that were sent to Hell, and now desire to escape.
They are voiced by series creator Gooseworx.
Personality[]
The evil spirits are mischievous, and like toying with people, such as when they mock Kinger about his abstracted wife.
History[]
The Mystery of Mildenhall Manor[]
After Pomni and Kinger arrive in hell, they find a corridor labeled "Hall of the Damned". Kinger stops Pomni from entering, noticing the small forms of the spirits floating in it. He tosses one of his eyes down the hall, spotting a staircase that he presumes could be their way out. Pomni tells Kinger that she's going to try going fast through the corridor to avoid harm, but when she does, she stops mid-way, the spirits inhabiting her body through her mouth. The possessed Pomni looks back at Kinger, with her body now sporting yellow eyes and sharp teeth.
The spirits begin to step closer to the staircase, calling out for freedom before being grabbed by Kinger and pulled out of the corridor. He then demands that the spirits leave Pomni's soul, shoving the end of his shotgun into her gut. The spirits mockingly ask about Kinger's wife, before Pomni doubles over, coughing the spirits out.
After a heart-to-heart, Pomni and Kinger realize they could hold their breaths to avoid getting possessed. Holding hands, the two do so, walking past the spirits and up the staircase to rejoin the rest of their friends at the manor's entrance.
Trivia[]
- The fact that the spirits know about Kinger's wife suggests that the spirits may be previous humans who abstracted and are being used for this adventure. The similarity of the Angel's mouth to the eyes of the abstracted (which directly reminds Kinger of the latter) lends further credence to this interpretation.
