Alien Chibull Exceller or just Execeller is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Dark Lugiel) of Ultraman Ginga S. He seeks to use the Victorian canons so that he can take over Lugiel’s body and conquer the universe.
He was voiced by Takuya Eguchi, who also voiced Shuji Hanma in Tokyo Revengers, Isamu Nitta in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, and Zepes Indu in The Misfit of Demon King Academy.

Ultraman Ginga S[]
Following Lugiel’s defeat 2 years prior, he sent in Android One Zero to steal the Victorian stones so that he could gain control of Lugiel’s body to conquer the universe. In addition to her, he also recruited several other aliens throughout the series to help him in his plan such as Alien Guts Vorst, Alien Akumania Muerte, and Alien Zetton Buerme, as well as a regenade Victorian named Hyori.
Near the end of the first half of the series, Exceller learned that Shepardon’s Victorium was 10x more powerful than the others and changed his plan as a result, with him having Vorst steal it from him instead and him having One Zero destroy UPG’s base. While the former did managed to succeed (albeit at the cost of temporarily turning back into a spark doll), the latter wasn’t so lucky.
