Digimon Adventure:[]
After the destruction of Argomon, Eyesmon makes its first appearance in its Scatter Mode when it was hatched from its Digi-Egg sent by Negamon, and begins to cause blackouts.
Taichi, Mimi, and Izumi along with their Digimon partners arrive in a bizarre city that looks like Tokyo, but it was actually a fake Tokyo. They manage to confront the Eyesmon Scatter Mode, which attacks them immediately. Numerous more Scatter Modes appear, and the Digidestined Digivolve their partners into their Champion forms to take them out. The Scatter Modes them morph into the true Eyesmon. Once Yamato's group shows up, all six Ultimate Digimon combine their power to defeat Eyesmon. However, Koshiro learns that the time of their and the digital worlds have synchronized, as Tokyo is already in its third day of the blackout, just as Eyesmon’s remaining data digivolves into Orochimon.
Orochimon easily overwhelms all 6 of the Ultimate Digimon, forcing the Digidestined and their partners to retreat for now. Yamato and Taichi and the rest of the Digidestined came up with a strategy to counterattack Orochimon. While Garudamon, Zudomon, WereGarurumon, MegaKabuterimon, Lillymon were able to distract the enemy's other heads until MetalGreymon deals a fatal blow on Orochimon's main head, defeating it.
However, upon defeat, Orochimon digivolves to Nidhoggmon, and begins the Tokyo extinction countdown in the Real World. Yamato and Taichi were able to fuse their courage and friendship, and Greymon and Garurumon fused to Omnimon once again. Nidhoggmon tries to fight back, but Omnimon destroys it once and for all, as well as putting an end to Eyesmon’s blackout in Tokyo for good. However after the countdown stops, it resumes and once it reaches to zero, a tornado sucks Sora, Kushiro, Joe and Mimi and their Digimon partners back to Tokyo.
