Sup, dude. If you have a mailbox, come to court immediantly.
~ The Judge's Subpoena in Case 3 (Bad Judge Path Only)

Ezekiel is one of the main antagonists of the 2021 video game Judge 3D: Court Affairs, serving as The Main Antagonist of Case 3.

He is a homeless man who has a very sad and lonely life who decided to try and get himself arrested by attacking another person so he can live peacefully in jail for the rest of his life, but that all changes depending on The Judge to decide his fate in trial.

Like many other characters, including The Judge himself, his voice actor is unknown, but it is assumed that the voice is AI generated.

Biography[]

Past[]

It is about homeless attacking another person.
~ The Secetary telling The Judge about Ezekiel and his crime

At one moment in his life, Ezekiel somehow lost his job and became homeless in the streets of America. Living devastated, lonely and poor with no purpose at all, he decides to ambush a random person with a pipe and began beating him with up until the police arrived and arrested him. While waiting for trial, he receives subpoena from a judge, ordering him to come to court.

Judge 3D: Court Affairs (Case 3: The Case of The Aggresive Hobo)[]

He is briefly mentioned by his lawyer, who wants The Judge to end the case so she can get paid immediantly, much to the judge's confusion who uggests that she should resign if she's not going to do her job only for the lawyer to respond that "Why would I resign? I get paid from this." and asks again to end the case so she can go to other cases that have better pay. But the judge just orders her to get the hell out of his office/reminds her that her job is to defend Ezekiel, but she responds that "Yes, but I don't like him." and the judge tells her to see each other on court day. So the lawyer leaves.

At the day of the trial, the court was in chaos with the prosecuter yelling that Ezekiel is guilty for attacking without any reason while the lawyer, bored and frustrated, asks for the case to end so she can get paid. The judge then banged his gavel three times, yelling "Silence!" and everybody calmed down. The prosecuter then reveals he brought a witness; the man who got attacked by Ezekiel. The man starts telling his story where it starts with him walking down a street and then Ezekiel appeared and started attacking him without any reason.

Good Judge Path[]

Ezekiel then speaks up, apologizing for hitting the man and wasting the judge's time to which the judge confirms "You are wasting my time, that is correct." Ezekiel tells him that "My life is a living hell, your honour. I have no money, no house and no friends." and asks for him to be sent to jail so he can live peacefully and hopes he found his pipe he used to attack the victim on purpose at the crime scene. To his amazement, the judge shows it to the court and the hobo says that he was lucky he found that. The judge, feeling sympathy for him, has him sent to prison. Before the guards take him away, the homeless man thanks the judge, telling him "I am so grateful."

Bad Judge Path[]

Ezekiel then speaks up, apologizing for hitting the man and wasting the judge's time, but the judge was confused and says "What are you talking about?" Ezekiel tells him that "My life is a living hell, your honour. I have no money, no house and no friends." and asks for him to be sent to jail so he can live peacefully and hopes he found his pipe he used to attack the victim on purpose at the crime scene. To his amazement, the judge shows it to the court and the hobo says that he was lucky he found that. But instead of sending him to jail, the judge has him executed so he can rest in peace. If the judge doesn't grant his wish by letting him go however, Ezekiel demands "NO! Why would you let me go? I hate my life..."

Personality[]

My life is a living hell, your honour. I have no money, no house and no friends.
~ Ezekiel recounting his life to The Judge

Ezekiel's homeless life made him miserable, lonely, pathetic and a dirty excuse to society. However, seeing jail as the only way out of this, he decides to aggressively beat up some random guy just so he can be arrested. This shows that he is not completely heartless as every knows, as well as him telling the truth to the judge while apoligzing for wasting everyone's time. He is also the only criminal to have a positive reaction if the player decides to arrest him, revealing his opposite of life in another way people see it.

Apperance[]

Ezekiel is an elderly man with fair skin, a grey beard alongside a balding hairstyle and a regular build. For his attire, he wears a white coat with a pattern of blue snowflakes on the waist, with light brown cargo pants and glasses.
