Führer Geisel is the Nazi-esque leader of the Despar Army and the main antagonist of the 1974 Tokusatsu series Inazuman Flash, the sequel series to Inazuman.
He usurped Emperor Banba as ruler of the Neo-Human Empire because of Banba's attempts to include mutants in their society. He first appears in the final episode of Inazuman. He also has a daughter named Karen.
He was portrayed by Mitsuo Ando, who also played the Black Cross Führer in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger.

Geisel first appears at the end of the original Inazuman series. After Udespar's forces defeated the Neo-Human Empire and Inazuman finished off their leader, Emperor Banba, Fuhrer Geisel and the Despar Army emerged as the new rulers of the Neo-Humans and made preparations to begin their campaign against both humans and mutants.
He tasked Udespar and Hammer Despar with dealing with Inazuman, but during the mission Hammer Despar betrayed Udespar and went off to deal with Inazuman alone, wanting to be the one who would slay him. After Hammer Despar returned to the base having failed to catch Inazuman, Geisel knocked off his head as punishment, but decided to give him one last chance and had him repaired and sent after Inazuman again. However, Hammer Despar was ultimately destroyed by Inazuman.
Udespar and Fuhrer Geisel later plotted to abduct human athletes in order to hunt them for sport in a plan known as "Operation Safari". Fuhrer Geisel had Saw Despar and groups of Despar Soldiers target and kidnap the athletes for them so they could be set loose in a field for them to hunt. After they were hunted and killed, the Despar Army dumped their bodies in isolated bodies. One such body was recovered by the police and analyzed, allowing Interpol agent Makoto Arai to track down where they were hunting the athletes. The Despar Army soon caught him snooping around their base and brought him out into the field to hunt him with one of the athletes.
However, Goro Watari soon arrived also to rescue his friend, and agreed to be hunted instead of Arai, buying Arai time to free the athletes. As they were hunting Goro, Geisel informed Goro that he was allowed to transform, but Goro did not as he believed they were hoping to exploit Sanagiman's weakness. After Geisel struck him with an arrow, however, Goro transformed into Sanagiman and then Inazuman, fighting off the Despar Soldiers and destroying Saw Despar. Though Goro had escaped, the Despar Army later issued another challenge to him in the form of an Inazuman mask with an arrow stuck through it.
Geisel's daughter Karen later went horseriding into Despar City on her own, Sadespar and the Despar City Guards went to go retrieve her. After Geisel's guards brought Karen before him, Geisel scolded Karen and told her that Goro and Makoto were dangerous, but Karen protested his claims before leaving. Geisel then disciplined Sadespar and his guards for allowing Karen to slip buy and go into the city on her own.
Geisel and Sadespar later discussed their plans to overcharge Despar City's artificial sun and use it to sink Japan's archipelago. Unbeknownst to either of them, Karen had snuck out and overheard their plan, causing her to realize the truth about her father. While Sadespar and his guards would resume their search for Goro and Makoto, Geisel set in motion their plan. However, Karen was able to sneak in and switch off the sun before it could be overloaded. Upon discovering what his daughter had done, Geisel unsheathed his sword and used it to kill her. At the same time, Inazuman arrived in the room and saw what Geisel had done, denouncing him for his cruelty, but Geisel showed no remorse. Geisel then fought Inazuman, with their battle eventually leading outside. Detecting that the source of Geisel's power was beneath the scar on his right away, Inazuman wrested Geisel's sword away from him and used it to stab his scar, resulting in the artificial sun of Despar City being shut off. Despite this, Geisel took back his sword and using it to continue fighting. As their fight led to some rocks by the seaside, Geisel managed to overpower Inazuman until Inazuman was able to knock Geisel's sword away. The two then fought hand-to-hand and exchanged blows to each other's chests. While Inazuman survived, Geisel was fatally wounded by Inazuman's punch and fell over dead.

In it, Führer Geisel enacts his coup against Emperor Banba and his Phantom Army and sends Missile Despar to take out Inazuman and Emperor Banba's Revived Mutant Robot Corps.
After Inazuman defeats Banba, Geisel and his Despar Army emerge as the new rulers of the Neo-Human Race. Geisel leads his forces to confront Inazuman and sends Missile Despar to fight him.
