Professor Takaoka 高岡博士 (or Simply credited as The Factory Manager) is the main Antagonist in Doraemon Episode "The Day Doraemon is Reborn", He also appeared as a cameo in the 2005 Episode "Doraemon is Really Sick?"
Personality[]
Not much of his personality is shown, however in his main appearance in "The Day Doraemon is Reborn", he seems to always blame himself for letting Doraemon suffer as an outmode robot, and determined to rebirth Doraemon on his Birthday.

Doraemon is Really Sick!? 2005 Anime[]
The Manager appeared as a cameo after Doraemon was treated in the Hospital in the 22nd Century a week before Doraemon's Birthday, he initially spotted Doraemon walking from the hospital. Determined to catch him on his birthday while crumbling the medical record of Doraemon in the process.
The Day Doraemon is Reborn[]
The Manager made his official appearance in the episode. He was first seen chasing Doraemon while controling his flying sourcer and enventually succedes to do so after electrocuting Doraemon to make him unconcious. He brings the immoble Doraemon to Matsuchiba Factory shortly after.
At 10:10 PM, an hour and 50 minutes beofre September 3rd, Doraemon was trapped in the factory. The Manager asks his fellow Causative Robot to take him to the Regenerative operating room while he prepares the parts for MS-903 (Doraemon). After a while MS-903 was taken to the Operating Room to preform Surgery to reserrect Outmoded Doraemon to its rest of the kind. However, the latter reluctedly refused to let him Reset his memory. Shortly after, The Manager refused to Free him as an aforementioned outmode and determined to rebirth him for the better. The former ultimately agrees, sealing his fate to be reborn.
