All I wanted was a miracle and, now I'M STUCK WITH 22 BABY TADPOLES! IT'S NOT FAIR!
~ The Fair Fairy Seeing the tadpoles for the first time

The Fair Fairy is the main antagonist in Fetch 22, the eighth instalment in Dav Pilkey’s Dog Man book series, a spin-off to the Captain Underpants franchise.

She is a former kids TV host who, after getting fired, decides to become a supervillain.

Personality[]

At first glance, the Fair Fairy is a kindly old woman who would make other children share something. However, it turns out that she is actually a mean, rude, and selfish person who destroys the kids stuff after being annoyed with the kids complaining. She also dislikes being called “Dude” by her puppet Downward Dog. After she was fired from her show due to many complaints, she became evil and wants to seek revenge.

History[]

Due to many complaints about the Fair Fairy show, like last week's episode when the Fair Fairy had a breakdown of kids complaining about cookies and melted ice cream. She lost her temper and scared the kids away. Another episode had the Fair Fairy smash toys from another group of kids.

Sam called her down to his office, after filing many complaints and stating that she was the worst employee ever, such as being mean and rude to the children and the staff, and stealing lunches from other people, she was fired on the spot after insulting his baldness, thus leaving her show off the air for good.

Later, the Fair Fairy came near the Pond Over There. As she plotted her revenge, 22 tadpoles began immediately imprinting her, thinking she their mommy, and Super Brian Dots landed in the pond and gaving the tadpoles powers and bring a tree to life. So, Fair Fairy decided to use that for her revenge.

Later, Dog Man, Zuzu, Chief and Sarah were trying to fight her and her tadpoles, only getting them (except Zuzu) captured. After Zuzu tells Lil Petey what happened, they want off to save the day. After Flippy the Fish saved Dog Man, Chief, and Sarah, the gang try to stop the army, only getting themselves captured (except Lil Petey).

When Lil Petey met a tadpole named Molly, he asked her to be friends with him, which she agrees too and becomes good. Then, the Fair Fairy sees them and grabs Molly to help her siblings and kidnaps Li’l Petey and brings him with the others. Then, Molly uses her telekinetic powers to move the branch in just a way so that Li’l Petey and Zuzu could escape to create an antidote to Supa Brain Dots.

When they finally get back, Petey's Dad learns that the antidote is in a balloon, which did not have any antidote, and tells the Fair Fairy, who tells the tadpoles to go to the swamp, where Zuzu sends in the real antidote into the swamp, reverting everything that they made. However the Fair Fairy and Grandpa try to escape, however Petey and Big Jim fall off a giant cupcake sign and landed on them, causing them to get arrested.

Trivia[]

  • Due to her age in Fetch-22 and the fact that she hasn't appeared in any other Dog Man books for now, it can be assumed she died of old age imprisoned.
