Biography[]
Posing as a doctor in a hospital, Falcon 13 converted human patients who were on the brink of death into robot spies for Neo-Guild. These humans would be completely unaware of their status as robots, and carry out missions for Neo-Guild when George Makabe activated a special device.
The first robot spy to be encountered by Janperson was a security guard whom Neo-Guild had rob the bank he worked at. During the scuffle, the spy shot at Janperson and some of his bullets landed on Kazuo Hayami, an airline pilot who was another Neo-Guild sleeper spy. Kazuo quickly recovered due to his robot enhancements, only to be shocked to find he had metal underneath his skin.
Kinameri and Makabe would then activate Kazuo to carry out their next mission, for Kazuo to pilot a plane full of passengers into a toxic waste dump, killing all of them. Janperson soon discovered that Kazuo was really a robot and moved to stop him, but Kinameri revealed his true form as the Falcon 13 to fight him off. Janperson managed to destroy Falcon 13 with a shot from his JanVulcan, while Kazuo's son Hideo was able to stop his father from enacting Neo-Guild's scheme by getting him to remember their memories together.
