The Fangire are a race of vampire-like glass monsters and the secondary antagonists of the Kamen Rider series Kamen Rider Kiva.
They are vampiric monsters each belonging to a different animal-themed class who are one of the 13 Demon Races. In the past they caused the near-extinction of the Wolfen, Merman, Franken and Legendorga Demon Races, seeing them as a threat.
Fangires feed off of the Life Energy of humans, causing their victim to become glass-like and fragile from having his or her life energy drained.
In the year 2030 a new race of Fangire called Neo-Fangire emerge, only to be challenged by that generation's Kamen Rider Kiva.
