Fanloid is the minor antagonist of Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters, appearing in Episode 11 as the primary antagonist. He is fan/jet turbine-themed Metaloid, created by Enter, when the villain used the "to blow off" Metavirus to infect a fan. Enter then used Fanloid in his plan to get Ryuji alone and exploit his weak point so he would be unable to fight.

He was voiced by Akio Suyama.

Biography

Fanloid was created by Enter when the Vaglass general used the "to blow off" Metavirus to infect a fan. Enter then planned to use Fanloid in his plan to get Ryuji alone and exploit his weak point so he would be unable to fight. Fanloid had a fan on its chest that can spin to either emit a powerful gust or be reversed to become a vacuum. He also spoke in sentences that relate to air in someway.

Gorisaki later attempt to modify the safety device with a cooling function, Gorisaki went to the top of a building after seeing Usada and Nick being close with their human partners. Joined by Nick, Gorisaki confided in him that he was a bit jealous of him and Usada for having made such relationships with their partners while feeling that Ryuji is holding back his feelings.

The Rangers later were soon alerted to a Vaglass MegaZord sighting within seven minutes. Taking Gorisaki's device with him, Ryuji and the other Go-Busters arrived to the Kameno district where they were ambushed by the Fanloid and his powerful wind gusts. After being informed of the Megazord's arrival within a minute, Hiromu entered Go-Buster Ace to battle the FanZord while leaving his teammates to deal with Fanroid.

After having Yoko leave to aid Go-Buster Ace in the RH-03, only for her and Usada to get blown away, Ryuji found himself in a jam as his Weakpoint began to manifest. By then, Enter revealed that he has studied Blue Buster's Weakpoint and has set this plan up to finish the Go-Buster off at his leisure once he loses consciousness. Refusing to allow it to happen, Gorisaki went against orders to cover Blue Buster so he could damage the Metaloid's fan and destroy him. When Ryuji was nearing critical, Gorisaki made the risky choice of using himself as a shield, standing up long enough for Ryuji to disable the Fanloid with a shot from the Ichigan Buster to the fan, and then Fanloid was deleted with a Special Buster shot.

Later, the FanZord arrived to fight the Rangers, but the heroes managed to destroy it with their Go-Buster Ace.

Mechalius

An alternate version of Fanloid existed as part of the Machine Empire Mechalius, the evil force which threatened Earth in place of Vaglass in the alternate reality of the Dobutsu Sentai Go-Busters. It fought in the initial invasion with an alternate Steamloid against the Go-Busters who entered "Animal Crush Formation", stacking into the "Go-Buster Tower" and shooting them with their Ichigan Busters, then finishing them off with the Go-Buster Ball.
