Chief Williams' investigation at Lard Lad Donuts revealed that nothing was stolen except the grease fry waste. As he examined the stench emanating from the sink, a gooey tentacle suddenly emerged, dragging Chief Williams down into the depths of the sink. In the mayor's office, the urgency to uncover who was behind this bizarre incident intensified until Moe stepped in to explain that they were dealing with a creature called Fatberg. The creature was born from the grease that people irresponsibly disposed of in the sink instead of using proper disposal methods. The situation worsened with the upcoming festival, as an excess of grease had attracted Fatberg, making it even bigger and more powerful. Lou, the local authority, wanted to cancel the event to prevent any further disaster. Amid a chaotic festival, Homer and Bart were determined to keep the spirit alive, despite factory restrictions. However, with Lou refusing to participate, the hunt for a new chief began.
Things took a dark turn when the monstrous Fatberg began to kidnap, killing and eating attendees, even draining Bart's fat in the process. In a desperate bid, Lou concocted a plan to confront Fatberg and lure it out. When the creature emerged, it launched an attack on Homer, but to everyone's surprise, it was manageable for Homer when he retaliated with a hat. Amid the chaos, Fatberg brutally attacked Moe, splitting him in half. Homer’s attempts to stop the creature ultimately led to his own demise, as he was consumed by Fatberg. Lou, the last one standing, could only watch in horror as the monster wreaked havoc. However, in a twisted turn of fate, Fatberg suffered a heart attack from the excessive fat Homer had consumed, finally ending its reign of terror.
