Fazbear Entertainment, Incorporated, later known as Fazbear Entertainment, Limited Liability Corporation, are the overarching antagonists of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise.
Founded by Henry Emily and William Afton, Fazbear Entertainment is a corrupt entertainment company that created the Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria chain and the animatronics.
After temporarily closing, Fazbear Entertainment is eventually revived by Henry, who hires William's son Michael to manage one of its restaurants as part of a plot to destroy the malicious William once and for all. With Henry, Michael and presumably William dead, it is unknown who runs the company as of now, although they seem to be much more malicious, greedy, and competent than their predecessors. Under this new management, the company has made many corrupt attempts to end its controversies, inadvertently leading to The Mimic and its followers going on a killing spree.

The first paycheck Fazbear Ent. gives Mike Schmidt (aka Michael Afton) in Five Nights at Freddy's, also the first paycheck we get in the entire franchise.

Trivia[]
- There is a theory which states that the cartoon, Fredbear and Friends, actually predates the pizzerias. Due to the cartoon show's high ratings, the pizzeria restaurants were then founded.
- SCP-5963 in the SCP Foundation universe appears to be a homage to the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise. In that universe, the evil video game corporation Arcadia kidnapped several children and used their souls to create their arcade machines for a restaurant of ShowBiz Pizza.
- Freddy Fazbear's Mega PizzaPlex is arguably the biggest Fazbear Entertainment restaurant creation, compared to all previous Pizzeria restaurants.
- The only continuity in which Fazbear Entertainment does not exist is in the Novel Trilogy. This is because Freddy's was permanently closed following William's killing spree and Henry's suicide, thus the two never got the chance to franchise their brand.
- It was confirmed that Fazbear Entertainment is also exist in The Walten Files universe but instead of villainious, it is neutral and not sny of Incidents, Deaths and etc. didn't happened there.
