The Fear Demons are the secondary antagonists of the 1987 DuckTales episode "Nothing to Fear", they are physical representations of the worst fears of the people that are under the Fear Cloud, they are created by Magica De Spell to force Scrooge to give her his Number One Dime.
Commander Gander and the Banana Monster were voiced by Frank Welker, Bully Beagle by Pat Musick, Nightmare Mrs. Quackenbush by late Joan Gerber, Evil Scrooge by late Alan Young and Evil Huey, Dewey and Louie by late Russi Taylor.
Biography[]
Magica De Spell creates with his magic a sentient rain cloud that creates physical manifestations of the worst fears of the people that walk under it and sends it to the McDuck Mannor to torment Scrooge and his family and force him to give her his Number One Dime with the promise of undoing the spell and leaving them in peace. The cloud creates manifestations of several fears of Scrooge, his family and other friends that were there, inluding monster version of the limo and vaccum for Duckworth, a Banana Monster and Bully Beagle for Doofus, Commander Gander and evil representations of Mrs. Quackenbush and Scrooge for the nephews, and bill collectors and evil representations of the nephews for Scrooge. All this illusions tormented during all the day the McDuck Family until they noticed that they were not real. Then Magica reveals herself and summons all the fear demons in the place to extortion them in exchange of the dime, but Scrooge and his nephews confronts their fears causing them to disappear. Then the Fear Cloud turns against Magica, causing all her spells to not work anymore.
