Who created Michael? Feldway. Michael caused the first 1/3 of Tensura's plot and read my reason. Feldway didn't even mean to start the plot, he had a goal, but Michael did of his own volition. Michael is also the most personal enemy and true evil counterpart of Rimuru. In fact Rudra fit more as the main antagonist, but he was just a pawn of Michael. Aside of being described by the Tensura wiki as "a central antagonist" main antagonist are usually 1: the main cause of the protagonist' deeds and work, or 2: the trigger of all the current status of the plot. Ivarage being the OA is like saying the Diego Brando (alt) is the OA, yes they're the most powerful but he didn't start the entire plot, Valentine did. Feldway also didn't become evil by Iva, he became evil by choice and his own belief that Velda betrayed him and in turn his creation. Are all final antagonists automatically overarching ones?
