Felix Telep is a minor antagonist in Series 3 of the TV series Killing Eve. He is an assassin trainee recruited by the Twelve and was placed under Villanelle's tutorship.

He is portrayed by Ştefan Iancu.

Biography

While at school, Felix had a boyfriend who was being bullied and beaten up by another student. In response to this, he killed him along with his sister, father, cousin, best friend, uncle, dance teacher and grandma while they were in the same car. However, because of what he did, his boyfriend left him in horror, breaking his heart.

His kill garnered attention from the secret assassin organization known as the Twelve, who saw potential in him as an assassin. Offering him money and good travel, they recruited him as one of their agents. Wanting to see if fellow assassin Villanelle was up to the job as a Keeper, they assigned her as his mentor to teach him in the ways of operating as an assassin. Upon meeting his teacher in Côte d'Azur, France, Felix was able to gain Villanelle's interest after explaining to her what he did and the two were able to relate on their previous experiences of loving someone but not being reciprocated. Dressed as party clowns, the two arrived at their target's home during a children's birthday party. Felix was sent to kill him when he was alone. However, as Villanelle arrived, Felix wasn't able to kill him and began beating up as Plan B. Unimpressed, Villanelle shot the target and then execute Felix for his failure.
