Fenrir is a playable character in the MOBA game Smite and is part of the Norse Pantheon. He is the son of Loki and the brother of Hel and Jormungandr.
He is voiced by Christopher Sabat, who also voiced Vegeta, Piccolo and Yamcha in the Dragon Ball franchise, Yakumo Oomori in Tokyo Ghoul, Arthur Watts in RWBY, Vaccine Man in One-Punch Man and Garland in Dissidia Final Fantasy.
Biography[]
Being the known enemy of the Norse deities and the future murderer of Odin and destroyer of the word, the gods have tried time and time again to trap Fenrir in chains. Failing with normal god-built chains, they eventually succeeded with a magical ribbon made by dwarfs. Suspicious of their plans, the beast demanded one of the gods put their hand in his mouth, warning that he will eat it if it was magical. Tyr did the deed, and as Fenrir was at last chained, the enraged fiend ate Tyr's hand. However, Fenrir was forgotten and about and not roams free, wanting revenge on the gods for their trickery.
In the game, Fenrir is a assassin type character that mainly uses his sharp claws to fight. He can also buff himself with his passive ability, howl into the air to buff himself, leap forward to slash wildly at foes, and grow in size massively for his Ultimate to use powerful biting attacks.
