Fifi Dufus is the main antagonist of Nickelodeon's 51st full-length animated feature film No Time to Spy: A Loud House Movie. She is the arch-nemesis of Myrtle, the Loud children's step-grandmother.
She was voiced by Amy Sedaris, who also voiced Bandit Princess in Adventure Time, Jill in Puss in Boots, Mina Loveberry in Star vs. the Forces of Evil, and Pepper in the 2017 version of DuckTales.

37 years ago, Fifi's husband, Rufus, was in the process of launching a rocket that would destroy all the world's communication satellites so that he could launch his own to rule the world. However, he was stopped by Myrtle (AKA Agent 28) after he accidentally slipped on a puddle of coffee and fell into his own rocket. While Myrtle was able to stop the lasers attached to the satellite, she unable to stop the launch, resulting in Rufus to be launched into space, never to return. Unbeknownst to Myrtle, Fifi had arrived just after picking up takeout, and when she saw what Myrtle did to her husband, she has decided to enact a revenge plan against her in order to avenge him.
No Time to Spy: A Loud House Movie[]
Fifi first appears when the Louds are taking an airplane ride for Albert and Myrtle's wedding. She notes the Loud children's chaos and introduces herself to the family patriarch, Lynn Sr., though she is quickly disgusted when he reveals he gets plane-sick easily and promptly hurls in a barf bag.
Later, when Lori is heading back to her seat, Lynn Jr. throws a football at her to get her to practice catching Myrtle's bouquet at the wedding. In the process, the football knocks Lori's drink out of her hands, spilling it into Fifi's face and causing her citrus allergies to flare up. Lola chastises Lynn for inadvertently making an enemy in Fifi, but Lynn is confident the Louds will never run into Fifi again. However, it turns out Fifi is also heading to the Thunderball Resort, where the Louds are staying for the wedding.
At the beach, Fifi first greets Lincoln and gives him a business card, but Lincoln said that he didn't have any cash. She also found Lincoln's camera and gives it back to him. Fifi told Lincoln that she used to play spy when she was an eight-year-old and then accidentally falls into a grave which Lucy digs the sand.
At Rubiner's, Fifi meets Lincoln again and tells him to have fun on a top-secret spy mission. While the Louds and Albert head into the jungle to search for Myrtle, Fifi drives the buggy to greet the Loud family, but Lincoln told her to stop before the guards spot him and the Louds borrow her buggy to escape.
Later at Dufus's lair after Ham Hand grabs Myrtle, Fifi reveals her true nature to Myrtle and told her that the day she ruined her life, like in the past which she mistakenly launching her husband into space. She also calls Lincoln a "dumb" who playing spy and shows him a wedding rings which she stole, revealing Lincoln that she tricked him into led her family into her trap during their vacation. Fifi presses a button to alarm for launching the Louds and Albert in one minute.
During the battle, Fifi throws the wedding rings into the sea and escapes to the helicopter, but she gets grabbed by Myrtle and the two got in a scramble over the phone, causing it to bounce towards the edge. She and Myrtle fight each other to get the phone, but she falls and Myrtle grabs her. Fifi refuses to give Myrtle a phone because she wants her revenge. She lets go of Myrtle and falls into the sea while the rocket starts to blast off to space.
At the end after the rest of the Loud family and Albert save Lincoln's life from a rocket, Fifi and Ham Hand, revealing to be still alive, gets arrested by Flip's identical cousin Flop, for their crimes.
