Ikima is the secondary antagonist of the anime Kotetsushin Jeeg. He is the right hand of Queen Himika, and is shown to be much more serious than Amaso and Mimashi.
Personality[]
Ikima is furiously loyal to his master, Queen Himika, as he faithfully follow all of her orders, willing to cause a lot of destruction to fullfill Himika's goal, and even has no problems in getting himself killed to serve Himika. Ikima is also a ruthless individual, as he didn't hesitate to have the Haniwa Phantoms to cause destruction. Ikima also is a cheater, as he killed Kyo when he suffered a heart attack.
Biography[]
Ikima was one of Himika's minions that fought alongside her during a galactic war together with Takeru and Miyazu. Eventually, they landed on Earth, and while Takeru and Miyazu decided to settle down on Earth peacefully, Himika and her subordinates wanted to destroy it. They then battled with Takeru, Miyazu, and Balba, and were eventually sealed away with the sword Sakahoko.
Eventually, the seal was broken, Himika and her forces then battled the original Jeeg. Hiroshi sealed them away again, petrifying Ikima and Mimashi.
After fifty years, the seal was broken once more, and Himika sent Ikima, Amaso, and Mimashi to claim the Bronze Bell. Himika gave Ikima a fragment of her soul to empower the Haniwa Phantom Magura so it would fight Kenji in the Kostu Jeeg, while Ikima, Amaso and Mimashi fought the Build Angels. Eventually, the Magura was slain, forcing them to retreat.
Eventually, Himika realized that the Bronze Bell was at the center of the Zone, and thus, she sent Ikima to obtain it. In the center of Zone, Ikima encountered the force of Build Base, and due to this, he sent the Yomi Soldiers to kill them. However, Balba joined the fight and combatted Ikima. Eventually, Ikima was overpowered when his field was destroyed in a power wrestle. Thus, he, together with the Yomi Soldiers, retreated. Despite this, Ikima obtained the Bronze Bell from the original Jeeg's head.
Ikima, together with Amaso and Mimashi, later witnessed Himika trying to torture Hiroshi to obtain the Bronze Bell. Ikima, realizing that there is another Bronze Bell in the Kostu Jeeg, suggested to Himika to obtain it too. They, on the transport ship Daikaenguu, started an assault towards the Build Base while having the Haniwa Phantom Tobira to battle Kenji. They sent the Yomi Soldiers to fight the Build Angels, but Kenji eventually defeated the Tobira and slammed it on the Daikaenguu, forcing them to retreat once more.
Later on, Himika decided to have Tsubaki kidnapped, and sent Ikima together with other subordinates to kidnap her, succeeding in this plan.
When Kenji and Balba invaded Himika's hideout to save Tsubaki, Ikima was sent to stop them with the strongest Haniwa Phantom, Banshouaguu. While it was ultimately defeated, Ikima was still able to delay enough time for Himika to corrupt Tsubaki into taking the Bronze Bells away from Kenji and Hiroshi. Then, Kyo, who was actually Takeru, arrived to stop them. Himika had Ikima, Amaso and Mimashi to fight him. After Takeru killed Mimashi, he suffered from a heart attack, and Ikima took it to his advantage as he stabbed Takeru in the back, killing him.
In the Moon, Ikima and Amaso witnessed Himika obtaining the Great Bronze Bell, and they were sent to combat the Build Base who chased them to the Moon. Ikima failed to stop Kenji, Tsubaki and Hiroshi from entering the Great Jama Kingdom's ship, were the Bronze Bells were reclaimed. Ikima fought Hiroshi, and was kicked away. After Hiroshi turned into Jeeg together with Kenji, Ikima sent the Haniwa Phantoms to fight them with Amaso's help. However, the Haniwa Phantoms and Amaso were all destroyed by the two Jeegs, much to Ikima's shock. Thus, Ikima was forced to fight them himself with the Eight Headed Serpent, after the Eight Headed Serpent was destroyed, Ikima battled them himself with his magic, which eventually becomes to great for his body to withstand. Ikima then exploded, after he said he claimed that he is willing to die for Himika.
His soul, together with that of Amaso's and Mimashi's, were later summoned by Himika to form the Susanoh. He later finally dies for good when Susanoh was destroyed by Kotetsushin Jeeg's Triple Spin Storm.
