Ayame & Yuki's Mother is one of the minor antagonists in the series Fruits Basket. She is the mother of two Cursed Sohmas, Ayame and Yuki, and the grandmother of their children.

She is voiced by Sayaka Ōhara in the Japanese dubbed version and Morgan Garrett in the English dubbed version.

Appearance

She has light brown color for her long hair and grey color for her eyes.

Personality

She is the proud and arrogant. She hated her first son, Ayame, for being too flamboyant and difficult to control. She favored Yuki and restricted him from doing almost anything.

Biography

When Yuki was young, his mother gave control of him to Akito Sohma because Rat is the closest to God. Akito kept him separated from the rest of the zodiac and convinced him no one liked him because of this, Yuki has low self-esteem and feels isolated.

In Ayame's memory, she slapping Yuki for wanting to go outside. Yuki have same nightmares about his mother for years.
