The Black Lodge is a crime syndicate whose goals is to bring chaos into Arkham City and the world. They are the main antagonists of the visual novel series Demonbane.

Master Therion[]
- Master Therion - The Grand Master and founder of the Black Lodge who is referred to as the most powerful sorcerer in the world and is very indifferent to those who don't match his magical power. His Grimoire is Etheldreda, also known as the Pnakotic Manuscripts, and he pilots the Deus Machina named Liber Legis.

- Etheldreda - Therion's humanoid Grimoire who is loyal and obedient to her master.
Anticross[]
The Anticross is a group of seven powerful sorcerers and higher-ups of the Black Lodge, who answer directly to Master Therion, but are not above seeking and achieving their own goals.
Augustus[]
- Augustus - Leader of the Anticross and Therion's right-hand man who refers to himself as "Emperor of the Earth". His Grimoire is The Golden Bough and he pilots the Deus Machina named Legacy of Gold.
Titus[]
- Titus - A four-armed samurai who holds the Grimoire Cultes des Goules and he pilots the Deus Machina named Ogre.
Tiberius[]
- Tiberius - A masked and robed figure who's actually a rotting corpse, but thanks to his magic, he's immortal. His Grimoire is De Vermis Mysteriis and he pilots the Deus Machina named Belzebuth.
Caligula[]
- Caligula - A huge man with great strength with a mask. He's often with his fellow Anticross member Claudius. His Grimoire Cthäat Aquadingen and he pilots the Deus Machina named Kraken.
Claudius[]
- Claudius - The youngest-looking of the Anticross who's violent and impulsive, and holds the power known as Hastur. He's often teamed up with his fellow Anticross member Caligula. His Grimoire is Celaeno Fragments and he pilots the Deus Machina named Lord Byakhee.
Vespasianus[]
- Vespasianus - A mastermind who comes up with schemes from the background and has a tendency to repeat his words. His Grimoire is Book of Eibon and he pilots the Deus Machina named Cykranosh.
Nero[]
- Nero - The only female member of the Anticross with a child-like appearance. Her power far surpasses that of the rest of the Anticross, and she is considered on the level of that of Master Therion himself. Her Grimoire is Unaussprechlichen Kulten, and she pilots Deus Machina called the Nameless One.
Sandalphon[]
- Sandalphon - A black angel and a member of the Black Lodge's inner circle but he stands apart from all of them and shows little interest in fighting weaklings.

- Doctor West - An eccentric mad scientist who works for the Black Lodge, building robots and weapons of destruction in the pursuit of science.
Elsa[]
- Elsa - A gynoid (female robot) created by Doctor West who possesses superhuman strength and speed, and wields a pair of tonfas.
