(Elsa: But I'm a danger to Arendelle! Get Anna!) "Anna has not returned."
"If you could just stop the winter."
"Bring back summer, please!" (Elsa: Don't you see...I can't.)
Hans upon hearing that Elsa has no idea how to break the eternal winter curse.
(Elsa: You have to tell them to let me go!) "I'll do what I can."
Hans deciding to go out and look for Anna again.
"If anything happens to the princess..."
Hans being told by the dignitaries that if anything happens to Anna, he is Arendelle's only hope for survival.

Hans explaining to his motives to a horrified Anna.
"As heir, Elsa was preferable, of course. But no one was getting anywhere with her."
"You were so desperate for love, you were willing to marry me just like that!"
"I figured after we married, I'd have to stage a little accident for Elsa."
"But then she doomed herself, and you were dumb enough to go after her."
"All that's left now..."
"...is to kill Elsa and bring back summer."
(Anna: You're no match for Elsa!) "No, you're no match for Elsa."
"I, on the other hand, am the hero who's gonna save Arendale from destruction."
(Anna: You'll never get away with this!) "Oh. I already have." Hans foolishly proclaiming he’s won when he clearly didn’t.
"Princess Anna is...dead."
Hans being comforted by the Duke.
"She was killed by Queen Elsa." (Duke: "Her own sister!")
"At least we got to say our marriage vows before she died in my arms."
Hans having successfully convinced the dignitaries that Elsa is a threat after lying about Anna's fate.
"With a heavy heart..."
"...I charge Queen Elsa of Arendelle with treason."
"And sentence her to death."
Hans' angry evil face reacts to Elsa's escape from the dungeon (villainous breakdown).
"Elsa! You can't run from this!"
(Elsa: Just take care of my sister!) "Your sister? She returned from the mountain weak and cold. She said that you froze her heart!"
"I tried to save her, but it was too late! Her skin was ice. Her hair turned white!"
"Your sister is dead! Because of you!"
Hans watches as Elsa drops to her knees in grief.

Anna dives in to save Elsa from the evil prince.

...when Anna's frozen hand shatters the sword into a million pieces.

The impact sends Hans flying backwards, knocking him unconscious.
Hans regains consciousness just in time to see Arendale restored back to normal.
"Anna?"-Hans surprised to see Anna still alive.
"But-but she froze your heart!"

Hans seems confused by Anna's words.
Anna punches Hans in the face, sending off the boat and into the water, also as payback for his betrayal and reckless actions.
