Jailbot 2.0 is the titular main antagonist of Season 2 Episode 7 "Jailbot 2.0" of the TV series Superjail!. He is a replacement for Jailbot.

Appearance[]

Jailbot 2.0 is a gray phone like robot with red eyes and a mouth. His true form is a giant monster like creature with saws, rockets, and lasers for weapons.

Biography[]

When Jailbot suffers a major malfunction, releasing Jackknife into society when he wasn't even on parole, The Warden has no choice but to replace him. Seeing this coming, Jared had already preordered Jailbot 2.0, who is technologically superior to Jailbot in every way. The Warden is skeptical of it at first, but comes around to it when Jailbot 2.0 is able to play cartoons, and Jared says he can visit Jailbot anytime he wants in Superjail's storage. Once there however, nine previous models of Jailbot reveal themselves to fix the current version. Jailbot 2.0 is able to upgrade several parts of Superjail to be up to 400% more efficient, though The Warden is unimpressed at the lack of style at first, until it's able to pretty much do all of Jared's work for him as well as Alice.

Back in storage when Jailbot is finally back online, he discovers how quickly The Warden has replaced him, and both Jared and Alice are framed by Jailbot 2.0 into getting demoted. They both reminisce over when they first met The Warden, with Jared being taken to Superjail while he was going to a regular prison when he unknowingly was working for a mafia and offering to work for The Warden in order to not get raped by Fatty. Alice reveals she used to be a man named Al who also worked at a regular prison and was in love with the gay warden, but when he got a sex change to surprise him as he was having sex with another man, Alice was fired and quickly offered a new job to work for Superjail by The Warden.

After rescuing Jailbot from a furnace, Jared and Alice plan on taking back their jobs as well as Superjail from Jailbot 2.0 and his previous models just as it attempts to kill The Warden for "being obsolete", and it attacks them all throughout Superjail until it quickly runs out of batteries. The Warden apologizes to Jared, Alice and Jailbot by giving them their old jobs back.
