Joseph Price is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Benjamin King and Angelo Lopez) in the 2006 video game Saints Row.
Price is clever with his uncle, William Sharp as the one who financed the Westside Rollerz. The only people Price shows any respect for are his uncle, William Sharp, and Donnie, the Rollerz chief mechanic.
After Sharp's death, Price rallies the Rollerz to attack Saints Row but is stopped by The Protagonist and Julius. Shortly after The Protagonist infiltrates Price's Mansion to kill him, however Price is nowhere to be found and the protagonist uses Price's car to escape. After this Price phones the protagonist telling them to meet him at a local dealership, when the protagonist arrives, they are nearly run down by Price who is driving a semi truck loaded with cars. The Protagonist fends off what remains of the Rollerz while shooting the cars on Price's trailer, causing it to eventually detach all before the truck cab bursts into flames and crashes into a tanker truck, killing Price.

- Joseph is the only gang leader who is not replaced by a member of his gang nor is a replacement leader unlike the other three gangs in the game.
- He always wears his sunglasses even at night despite how unpractical it is.
- His appearance bears some resemblance to Richard B. Riddick.
