Miles Sellars is an enigmatic businessman and the main antagonist of the 2020 Quibi series Most Dangerous Game. He is the mastermind behind a competition where clients ("hunters") hunt a chosen person (the "prey") to the death. Sellars has almost unlimited resources and influence, making him a formidable enemy.
He is portrayed by Christoph Waltz, who also played Hans Landa in Inglourious Basterds, Benjamin Chudnofsky in The Green Hornet, August Rosenbluth in Water for Elephants, Cardinal Richelieu in The Three Musketeers, Mandrake in Epic, Bert Hanson in Horrible Bosses 2, Walter Keane in Big Eyes, Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the James Bond rebooted film series, Léon Rom in The Legend of Tarzan and Count Volpe in Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio.

Miles Sellars was born in Austria to a floor panel welder. When he was 14, his family moved to Detroit in search of opportunity. Sellars became a successful businessman and head of the Tiro Fund.
At some point in his life, Sellars began facilitating human hunts for wealthy clients around the world. These hunts became legacy events, with hunters returning every year to try to outdo each other.
The "Most Dangerous Game:"[]
Sellars first appears when Dodge Tynes (Liam Hemsworth) visits his office at Tiro Fund. Dodge has been diagnosed with a brain tumor with only weeks to live. After sympathizing with his plight, Sellars offers Dodge the chance to be part of a 24-hour human hunt. If Dodge survives, he will recieve $24 million and be able to get treatment. Although Dodge threatens to call the police on Sellars, he ends up accepting his offer.
Sellars meets with Dodge the morning of the hunt. He takes all of Dodge's belongings and gives him a special phone; every hour, the phone will transfer money to his account, and alert the hunters to his location for 15 seconds. Sellars admits that he's rooting for Dodge, and even gives him advice on how to stay alive.

The Reveal:[]
Sellars reveals that he had set Dodge up from the start- he had his water poisioned to mimic cancer symptoms, and his "hospital stay" was a setup, with fake doctors and equipment. Sellars wanted to give Dodge "excitement" in his life, while also satisfying his (Sellars') love of human hunting. Dodge threatens to go rogue and hunt down Sellars and his clients. An angered Sellars kidnaps Dodge's wife and takes her to the HQ.

Sellars is obsessed with the concept of humans killing each other for sport. He considers his games the successors of Ancient Roman death duels. He feels a personal responsibility for ensuring this "tradition" is kept alive.

- It is likely that "Miles Sellars" is a pseudonym. When Dodge threatens to go after Sellars, Sellars says "you don't even know my real name."
