Mysterioso Grande is a minor antagonist in ¡Mucha Lucha!, appearing as the main antagonist of the episodes "Nightmare on Lucha Street" and "Field of Screams". He is an evil dream masked wrestler and the Lord of the Dream World. He steals masks from luchadores and masked wrestlers who encounters him in the dream, but the only way to retrieve it is to defeat Mysterioso Grande.
He was voiced by Carlos Alazraqui in "Nightmare on Lucha Street" and Dee Bradley Baker in "Field of Screams".
Biography[]
Mysterioso Grande made his first debut appearance in the episode "Nightmare on Lucha Street". He first encounters Rikochet and challenges him to the match. He tries to take Rikochet's mask, but then Rikochet woke up as he realized that this was a dream.
Later, Penny Plutonium revealed that Mysterioso Grande took away her mask after she woke up from the dream. The Flea also reveals that if he takes away the mask from the dream, then it is gone forever in the real world. Then, El Científico builds a machine that will send anyone to the Dream World, defeat Mysterioso Grande, and retrieve Penny's mask. Rikochet accepts his challenge to defeat Mysterioso Grande in the Dream World, so he can get Penny's mask back to the real world.
Before he challenges Rikochet once more, and declares that he has defeated Penny Plutonium and stole her mask. He tries to defeat Rikochet, but then he fought back by shape-shifting himself into anything he wants, so he can defeat him. He was then defeated by Rikochet and all the masks he stole have returned to the real world. He was now banished and disappears from the Dream World forever.
He later return in "Field of Screams", as he escaped from the Dream World and gain access to the real world. The match between Rikochet and Private Reinhart was disrupted, when he appeared and grabs Private Reinhart as he takes away his mask. He then declares that he wants to get revenge and, steal masks from every mask wrestler, and rule the world. Most masked wrestler students believed that he only appears in dreams and not in real world. However, he dares them to pinch themselves as they think they're dreaming and not seeing him in the real world.
He transforms the School of Lucha into the Field of Screams as students panicked. He summoned crows to pluck every masked wrestler students and teachers from the School of Lucha. Then, he stole every mask from masked wrestlers except for Rikochet, Buena Girl, and The Flea. Rikochet wanted to challenge him, but he doesn't want to battle this time, so he starts summoning every masked wrestlers' worst nightmare from their dream. He also started to get stronger and powerful as he has now stole masks and summoning their biggest fears.
The Three Mascaritas plans to create their worst nightmare, so they can defeat Mysterioso Grande once and for all. Rikochet summons a giant vacuum cleaner and starts sucking every masked wrestlers' worst nightmare as his powers decrease. As he is now shrunk and powerless, Rikochet throws him to a giant vacuum cleaner which it sucks him, his world, and itself.

- Mysterioso Grande is inspired by Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise.
- At the end of "Nightmare of Lucha Street", Penny's dog wore Mysterioso Grande's mask and outfits might have hint that he will return possibly in later episode.
