Olivia McLeland

Olivia McLeland

Olivia McLeland is the main antagonist from "Fool for Liv", episode 1.06 of All Rise.

She was portrayed by Bianca Santos.

History[]

Olivia McLeland is the personal assistant to reality TV star Hayley Halliwell; however, Olivia turned heel during her tenure by stealing from Hayley prior to the events of the episode. Hayley caught Olivia during one of her thefts and was set to call the police on her, leading to the villainess killing Hayley with a lethal dose of heroin, doing so to silence her. Olivia was arrested and charged with murder, and she was shown facing trial in the episode.

Olivia's innocence was maintained, and Hayley's drug habit was mentioned, with Adam Pryce (Olivia's defense lawyer) claiming that Olivia was a victim of Hayley's addiction. Even though Olivia maintained that she and Hayley had a close friendship, the episode's climax saw her being cross-examined by Thomas Choi, who uncovered a social media photo of the pair which revealed that they weren't as close as Olivia claimed. The villainess responded to the post by stating that she put on a brave face for Hayley's fans.

However, Choi also pointed out that the medical examiner who worked on Hayley testified that she had bruises that were consistent with someone restraining her while she was being injected, adding that there were no bruises on Hayley in the photo taken hours before her death. This led to the true reveal that Olivia had, in fact, killed Hayley, and in response, the evil Olivia stated that Hayley had everything, but she was throwing it away on her addiction, making the statement to justify her thievery. In addition, Olivia stated that she had to do something due to Hayley being in the process of phoning the police, and following her confession, Olivia was convicted of first-degree murder.
