Biography

Shantae: Risky's Revenge

The Squid Baron wanted nothing but food, originally. After Shantae gave him some food, he ran deep into a labyrinth. The Squid Baron later went to fight against Shantae for his magic seal, only to lose. A while afterwards, the Squid Baron went to help Shantae locate Risky Boots in turn for looking for his children.

Shantae and the Pirate's Curse

The Squid Baron claims to be going under 'Post-Boss Syndrome' and so asked Shantae for a brochure and so he went to a desert. In the desert, he felt a bit disappointed, only for Shantae to encourage him to not give up on his dreams of the holiday he wanted and so went deeper into the desert. The Squid Baron, however went to fight against Shantae, only to later feel more encouraged after being defeated and so left.

Shantae: Half-Genie Hero

The Squid Baron went to team up with the Hypno Baron, originally for license dealings until Shantae showed up. This lead to both Barons to fight against her and after being defeated, Shantae originally thought that he died in battle. The Squid Baron was later seen where he took down a piece of fanart and wanted to replace it with a poster of himself and so did thanks to Shantae.

The Squid Baron continued to work with the Hypno Baron, even fighting against Risky Boots as well as Shantae in different costumes in the DLC modes.

Shantae and the Seven Sirens

The Squid Baron first appears in the Laboratory of the Sunken City toying the Metal Fish during its descent. Later on, he blocks entrance to the Sea Vent Lab to force Shantae to listen to his ideas of a new video game. He will only leave once Shantae gives him the Dagron Balls hidden across the Laboratory.

He is next seen after Shantae and Sky were captured by the Armor Baron. He taunts them for being more collectibles as actual living beings, before once again boasting about his video game and how he plans to re-sell them at a higher price. His ranting puts him into a fit and he departs to calm down, giving Lobster Siren enough time to free them.

The Squid Baron makes his third and last appearance after Shantae defeats Octo Siren, angered that plans for his boss fight were stolen. With nothing better to do, he decides to go look for his sister's children, the Heart Squids.
