Susamaru and Yahaba, also known as the Temari Demon and Arrow Demon, respectively, are supporting antagonists in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga and anime. They're the two main antagonists of the Asakusa arc. They're both servants of Muzan Kibutsuji, who were ordered to hunt down Tanjiro Kamado. Susamaru and Yahaba use their techniques to combine their moves, but Tanjiro and his allies defeat them by dividing and conquering each one separately.
Susamaru is voiced by Mikako Komatsu in Japanese and Sarah Anne Williams in English, while Yahaba is voiced by Jun Fukuyama in Japanese version and Xander Mobus (who also voiced PoH) in English.
Personality[]
Susamaru is smiling almost often and loves the challenge. Her pet phrase is "what fun this is" and if she's participating in battles, she finds it entertaining and she will endlessly repeat it. Susamaru's immaturity is in sharp contrast to the seriousness of Yahaba's personality.
Yahaba is a loyal demon to who only worked to satisfy his master, Muzan Kibutsuji. Like Susamaru, he wanted acceptance of Muzan and the chance to become one of the Twelve Kizuki. Although he had a sadistic personality, Yahaba preferred to do things in a clean and civilized manner and he despised Susamaru's childish nature and hated to become dirty.
Abilities[]
Susamaru is able to summon Temari balls that she throws as projectiles. Yahaba is able to use arrows to control the gravity of an object. When he and Susamaru combine forces, Yahaba uses the arrow's gravity manipulation to manipulate which way the Temari balls go as well as increase their damage output.

Trivia[]
- On the first character popularity poll, Susamaru was ranked in 30th Place with over 53 votes.
- Yahaba was ranked in 37th place with 14 votes as of the first character popularity poll.
- Prior to his death, the Swamp Demon showed unwillingness to divulge data that pertains to Muzan Kibutsuji. This could be a foreshadowing of Susamaru's fate.
- Yahaba is the first Demon who successfully lands an attack on Tanjiro following defeat. This is by messing with Tanjiro's gravity to break his bones.
- Susamaru is the first demon who gets killed instantly courtesy of the curse Muzan places on demons if they mention his last name: "Kubutsuji".
