Terrence Lewis is the overall main antagonist of the Totally Spies franchise. He is leader of a terrorist group called LAMOS and is WOOHP's greatest and most wanted threat. Terrence is Jerry's evil twin brother and Sam, Clover and Alex's arch-nemesis.
He was voiced by Gary Krawford.

Background[]
Terrence was born in England in the 1950's and attended Clothsworthy Academy with his twin brother, Jerry Lewis. During the 4th grade, the brothers cheated by sharing answers during their final exams. However, when they were caught, Jerry blamed his brother and Terrence was expelled. Upset over feeling betrayed, Terrence angrily swore revenge on Jerry, Terrence plots his revenge on Jerry and turns to a life of crime to build his success and evil plan to get even.
During the next 50 years, Terrence went to use plastic surgery to change his appearance and successfully becomes an all-powerful criminal mastermind and learned many martial arts to infiltrate WOOHP as a administrator to wait for the day he will exact his revenge on Jerry and destroy WOOHP.
Time passed on, and he met the three spies, none other than Sam, Clover and Alex. They were chosen for a training promotion from WHOOP in order to become Super Spies. Terrence fooled the girls into thinking that he was nothing more than a calm, mature, and rational administrator. But unfortunately for the girls, he shows his true colors when he orders them to kill Jerry and to take a microchip which he keeps as a fake birthmark on his neck while holding Dean hostage, effectively blackmailing them. The girls trick Terrence by pretending to kill Jerry in front of him. They inform Jerry of the situation and have him fake his own death so Terrence is convinced that he is dead.
It is later revealed that Dean is alive and that him being trapped was actually a doll that was inside, and that he is acting as a double agent assisting Terrence. He wasted no time by taking the fake microchip telling the girls that they were doomed. The ballroom floor starts shaking reveals a bottomless abyss. As the spies struggle for dear life, Jerry's helicopter saved them before their potential demise.
Jerry confirms that he is alive, and that the reason behind Terrence's plan is based on the Spy Droid project taking place in Antarctica. Unfortunately, the girls and Jerry are caught as soon as the microchip turned out to be a fake one. Terrence reveals the story of how he and his brother cheated on their final exams, and how Jerry's cowardice made him the way he was. Shortly after, he steals the real microchip from his tooth. He then gets access to the mainframe, thus activating the robots who all look like Jerry. To make things harder, he then takes his brother as a hostage.
They arrive in Beverly Hills, and all the robots have kidnapped all the WHOOP agents and destroyed all the rooms. Terrence activates a self destruct sequence so that WHOOP Headquarters blows up. In order to stop this, Jerry makes a last ditch effort into tricking his brother into taking the microchip away from him. However, Terrence changes the password ahead of time. The girls, Jerry and Dean guess what's the password until Dean manages to get it right. After he got the password correct, all the robots shut down. Before Terrence escapes, he gets arrested. Before he goes into his jail cell, Jerry confesses to him that he contacted their old school and told the truth that he cheated, and not his brother. As a result, he is repeating the fourth grade as a punishment for his actions.
As Sam, Clover and Alex got their promotions, Terrence hatches up another scheme. He impersonates Jerry and lies to a prison guard that "Terrence" has escaped prison. The guard obliges and then got knocked out as Terrence gets out of jail.
In "The Dream Teens", Terrence was next seen on a submarine along with other villains he sprung out of prison such as Myrna Beesbottom, Helga Von Guggen, Tim Scam, and Boogie Gus. They form an alliance called the LAMOS to kill Jerry, in addition to Sam, Alex and Clover. At first, Myrna's plan seemed to run smoothly until the spies figure out that their love interests are plasmatic robots. As soon as her plan was foiled, Terrence along with the other villains were disappointed.
In "Evil Jerry", Terrence was next seen in WHOOP Headquarters with his brainwashed brother. The next scheme at hand had to do with Tim Scam's plan. He used Terrence's DNA to lace Jerry's favorite chocolate that was imported from the UK, thus making him irate and short tempered like his brother's. Terrence traps the spies in chairs and confesses that his first plan was to kill the spies and Jerry. Instead, he resorts to brainwashing them to make the girls evil with milk that is laced with his DNA. Helga releases the girls to verify if the laced milk worked. The brainwashed Jerry demands that the spies give the villains refreshments as the villains plan out their potential plan of world domination. After the girls return, they declare that the laced milk had no effect on them due to the milk absorbing gold tooth they inserted in their molars had absorbed all the milk. After losing the upper hand, Helga shortly arrives with Myrna and Tim Scam to assist in the fight. Unfortunately, Boogie Gus arrives in a LAMOS helicopter to get the villains back to regroup back in their submarine, while Terrence escapes WHOOP Headquarters, Helga, Myrna and Tim are back in prison. A distraught Jerry asks why he didn't allow him to escape with him, to which Terrence confesses that he never loved or cared about his brother, much to his chagrin as he escaped through the sunset.
Terrence's final appearance was in "Like, So Totally Not Spies". He is rather furious that all of his previous plans to kill the spies and Jerry didn't work out because of them, in addition to the loss of his allies being in their custody, along with his submarine leaking. Helga hatches up a plan to get the spies out of their way, so they can kill Jerry and WHOOP Headquarters. Helga poses as a sales representative, and her plan is to sell the girls bracelets that made them forget all recollection of being spies. She sells the bracelets successfully. Jerry's suspicions of Terrence are aroused when he and his villain crew had been laying low. When Sam, Alex and Clover infiltrate his submarine's computer, they find out from Terrence's log that he is supposedly finished with turning to crime, disbanding LAMOS, along with his plan of returning to England to become a dog groomer. However, that was all a lie when he and Boogie Gus spied on them as the girls left his submarine.
Terrence was next seen in a British boutique along with Helga and Boogie Gus wasting no time in ambushing Jerry with his strong desire to kill him. Despite Jerry having the upper hand, the villains kidnap him. Once they return to the submarine, Terrence taunts his brother on what they will do to him until Boogie Gus foolishly spoils the impending doom, much to his annoyance. Jerry immediately questions what plan he has this time and is confident that Sam, Clover and Alex will rescue him until he spoils Helga's plan once again. He bids him goodbye until Terrence sadistically taunts Jerry that he would by lying if he did. Terrence wastes no time going after the girls whilst taking advantage of the fact they lost their memories of being spies. He further intimidates the girls and tells them that he's not interested in their money. He is more interested in seeking revenge on them.
Shortly after the spies saved Jerry, Terrence, Helga and Boogie Gus return to their submarine. Due to the fact that the girls lost their memories of being spies, they prove to be insufficient during the fight. Unfortunately, the girls and Jerry are trapped once again inside the submarine filling up with water. The villains leave the submarine and are next seen in WHOOP Headquarters. Terrence impersonates Jerry and has a box of more memory erasing bracelets. Afterwards, he gathers all the WHOOP agents and persuades them to put on their bracelets successfully. However, their plan failed once again when Jerry and the spies return to WHOOP to confront them. While the spies defeat Boogie Gus and Helga Von Guggen easily, Jerry and Terrence spar until the girls kick him into submission as his reign of terror is officially over. The following day, the villains including Terrence are last seen incarcerated for their actions in WHOOP Prison.
