Aisslinger Wernarr is the 17th Arrancar in Sōsuke Aizen's army and a villain from Bleach.
History[]
When Aisslinger was transformed into an Arrancar, he chose not to take a human form so as to have greater power.
He was assigned to the duty of guarding one of the underground passages of Las Noches alongside Demoura Zodd. After Grand Fisher was defeated by Ichigo.
H fled back to Hueco Mundo, Aisslinger patched him up and then shattered his Hollow Mask to turn him into an imperfect Arrancar. Later when Ichigo Kurosaki,
Uryu Ishida, and Yasutora "Chad" Sado came to Hueco Mundo to rescue Orihime Inoue, they arrived in the passage guarded by Aisslinger and Demoura. The two Arrancar confronted them and while Demoura fought Uryu, Aisslinger took on Chad, proving able to easily fight him due to possessing greater speed.
However, the two just switched opponents and the 17th Arrancar found his new foe was able to keep up with him. Aisslinger used his Uña Tirotear attack, firing 108 projectiles at once,
but Uryu responded by firing arrows back at him, showing he was able to fire 1200 of them at one. The Arrancar's attack was overwhelmed by the Quincy's and Aisslinger was left fatally injured with Uryu telling him to tell Aizen that he shouldn't fear the Shinigami, he should fear the Quincy.
However the Arrancar just laughed then told Uryu that Aizen feared no one, which was why Arrancar, creatures born of fear followed him. With Demoura having lost his fight as well, the room in they were fighting in began collapsing, as it was designed to do upon their defeat and Ichigo, Uryu, and Chad were thrown onto the surface of Hueco Mundo by the dust and debris.
Powers[]
Aisslinger has some amount of spiritual power and some notable level of cunning, since he set up traps around the passage he guards to analyze an intruder's abilities, then uses what he learns in battle. He is also skilled in Sonído, an Arrancar technique that lets him move extremely fast, and, unlike most Arrancar, doesn't seal his power in the form of Zanpakuto. Aisslinger can fire energy blasts out of the fingers of his four arms and can use his Uña Tirotear attack, where he rapidly fires waves of 108 energy blasts at once.
