Vise Jamen was the vise-based Jamenshi of the Dark Empire Yodonheim serving Carantula and the main antagonist of the 3rd episode of Mashin Sentai Kiramager.
He was voiced by Yūichi Iguchi who previously voiced Gatton Bugster in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
Biography[]
Past[]
As with all Jamenshi, Vise Jamen was originally a normal Jamenshi of unknown origin that was forcibly recruited through fear into the Yodonheim Empire by Emperor Yodon. They spent several years subjugating the Yodonheim dimension before aspiring to conquer other worlds to make a larger liveable universe for Emperor Yodon to survive.
Kiramager[]
In 2020, the Dark Empire Yodonheim attack Crystalia and then Earth to annex both; destroying the former but they fail to conquer the Earth due to the interference of the Kiramagers.
After the failure of Faucet Hildon and Rugby Jamen, Vise Jamen is created by Carantula using a Dark Mask on a Jamenshi and sent to torture the citizens of Tokyo in order to gather the energy needed for Carantula to open a portal to Yodonheim. The Vise Jamen is first seen as he watches a large crowd who he then uses his signature power on; creating vises on thier heads and torturing them by tightening the vices. The Kiramagers arrive so he summons Jamenshi who are defeated with Sena being able to free his victims. In the resulting fight though, he defeats her and is able to trap Shiguru in a vise before leaving to continue finding more victims.
Vise Jamen later goes to Yodonheim to inform Carantula of the situation before returning to Earth and torturing more humans. Sena arrives and frees his victims but he then beats her down until Juru inspires Shiguru to emulate a samurai film star to defeat the Jamenshi. Using this technique, they fire the Kiramai Rush Stream to make the vise handle detach from his head; releasing Shiguru who then properly fights the Jamenshi. Vise Jamen is no match for the Kiramager and is swiftly killed by the Blue Bright Slash.
During the Kiramagers' final battle against Emperor Yodon, Mabusheena and the Mashin recall the Kiramagers' many battles which include her reminiscing with Mashin Jetter over Shiguru's battle against Vise Jamen.
Personality[]
Vice Jamen was a ruthless, sadistic, arrogant and power-hungry alien who would stop at nothing to kill the Kiramagers and help Yodonheim in their plans of Earth invasion and conquest. He proved to be highly sadistic and devious in his plan to gather the energy from people of Tokyo since he was willing to sadistically and painfully torture them and threaten them with death, and even taunted the Kiramagers, calling humans weak and pathetic creatures and threatening to kill his hostages if Kiramagers would try to interfere with his plans. However, despite his villainous and sadistic nature, Vise Jamen possessed a somewhat twisted and hypocritical form of patriotism since he was loyal to Carantula and was loyal to his Yodonheim empire in general. Vise Jamen was also obsessed with vises and squeezing things; being quite boastful since he acted like his power surpassed all human ability to overcome his vises.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Durability: Vise Jamen was barely fazed by Tametomo's Kiramai Shot and later survived the Dazzling Rush Stream no worse for wear.
- Sturdy Vise: Vise Jamen's signature ability where he generated large purple energy vises before him and made themlatch onto his victims' heads. Turning the crank on his head clockwise tightened the vises' grip and deformed the wearers' skulls to the point of intense pain.
- Bechats Summoning: Vise Jamen could summon an army of Bechats to aid him in battle.
- Teleportation: Vise Jamen could teleport to any location at will.
Weaknesses[]
- Counterclockwise Turn: a counterclockwise turn of Vise Jamen's crank would loosen the vices' grips and cause them to fall off.
- Head Crank: If Vise Jamen's crank was damaged, all of his victims would be freed.
Arsenal[]
- Scepter: Vise Jamen could detach the handle from his crank and use it as a scepter in battle.
- Energy Empowerment: Vise Jamen could charge up his scepter with violet energy to slash hard enough to take down a single Kiramager with every slash.
- Energy Deflection: Vise Jamen's scepter could also deflect energy blasts.
