Finn is a supporting antagonist in Season 1 of the 2021 Netflix animated series Arcane, which is set in the League of Legends universe. He is a young Chem-Baron and the leader of the Slickjaws, who seeks to overthrow Silco as leader of the Undercity.
He is voiced by Japanese musician Miyavi.
Biography[]
Finn was a denizen of the Undercity, who was at least old enough to have been aware of Vander during his time as ruler. In the aftermath of Vander's death, Finn saw Silco as a far greater leader, and would become a member of the Chem-Barons, many high-ranking Undercity criminals loyal to Silco's cause.
However, after the Hexgates were closed due to Jinx's attack, Finn and various other Chem-Barons began to lose money, unable to export shimmer and other services. Finn summoned a meeting of the Chem-Barons where he confronted Silco about the issue. Silco then exposed the Chem-Barons to the toxic air lower members of the Undercity breathe, pointing out how he was the one responsible for giving them their newfound power.
Realizing he needed help, Finn went to Silco's right-hand Sevika, to ask her for help. Initially attempting to play at her ego, Finn then points out that Silco has been slipping, as well as the fact that he is overtly kind to Jinx, in spite of her constant slip-ups, and encourages Sevika to help him dispose of Silco.
After Jayce and Vi destroy one of Silco's shimmer factories, inadvertently killing the child of a Chem-Baron named Renni, Finn finally decides to go through with his plan to overthrow Silco. Finn tells Silco that he has been lapped by time, and that his death is today. Silco, however, retorts he still believes in loyalty. Then, Sevika, seemingly about to stab Silco in the back, instead quickly slits Finn's throat, and gives his lighter to Silco.
