Finn was a Thug that work in GoodNeighbor, He would extort money out of newcomers of the town and threaten to hurt them if they didn't pay up. Finn argues that Goodneighbor will be overrun and taken over by outsiders witch clashes with the mayors ideology on the matter.
Fallout 4[]
When the sole survivor first arrives in GoodNeighbor they are greet by Finn who tries to Extort money out of them like many others. After some dialogue the mayor John Hancock comes and notices whats happening.Hancock tells Finn quit with the Extortion but Finn calls him soft saying that he letting outsiders walk all over him. Hancock says ''come on its me were talking about but pulls out a switchblade and stabs Finn in the back three times and apologizes to the Sole survivor for the rude welcome.
Trivia[]
Finn can be killed before Hancock kills him, which gives some unique dialogue between Hancock and the sole survivor.
