Hi. This is Thesecret1070. I am an admin of this site. Edit as much as you wish, but one little thing... If you are going to edit a lot, then make yourself a user and login. Other than that, enjoy Villains Wiki!!!
Flash Man has a liking to taking pictures, but has a nasty habit of blowing up over wig commercials. He is also a benevolent boss, but can be whiny at times.
Physical Appearance[]
Flash Man is about as tall as Rock himself. He wears a blue breasplate and has a yellow glove on his left hand. His right arm has a white cannon that lets him fire multiple shots. Beneath his helmet, there is no hair.
Biography[]
Past[]
Flash Man was the sixth robot created by Dr. Wily and has the ability to control time like Time Man. He is also able to partially stop time for brief periods. Flash Man is a big show-off, loving cameras and photographs. He is also a very nice individual, treating his comrades well.
Mega Man 2[]
In his battle, Flash Man will walk around the arena and sometimes jump. Occasionally, he stops to use his Time Stopper which freezes the player. This allows him a direct shot. He is weak to both the Metal Blade and the Crash Bomber. The Crash Bomber will only deal enough damage to kill him with indirect hits. However, Flash Man is immune to the Air Shooter, the Quick Boomerangs, the Leaf Shield, and his own weapon.
Mega Man 3[]
Flash Man doesn't appear in the flesh in Mega Man 3, but his data is seen being downloaded into Dr. Wily's Doc Robot when the Doc Robot makes his first appearance in Gemini Man's stage. The robot uses Flash Man's abilities but to a great extent during this fight. Unlike the previous game, Flash Man's weapon is unavailable. During this fight, the Doc Robot is weak to the Geminī Laser and the Needle Cannons. Flash Man makes an appearance in the ending with his number and portrait on a card that appears in the ending. He appears after Heat Man and before Crash Man, due to the cards going in reverse order by serial number.
Mega Man & Bass[]
Flash Man makes a cameo as CD data in Mega Man & Bass. His CD Data reads:
Description: "He can stop time for a short period. He sometimes makes bad use of his power for fun."
Quote: "Stop everything in the name of love!"

Flash Man and Bubble Man were the only Robot Masters from Mega Man 2 not to appear in the Ruby-Spears Mega Man Cartoon. Flash Man was also the only Robot Master from the same game not to appear in Captain N: The Game Master.
Even though Flash Man has a helmet that has a yellow top part in artworks for the game, he is portrayed as having a helmet with a white top part in mugshots.
Flash Man may be weak to the Crash Bomber's bombs as a pun on a "time bomb".
Flash Man loses his immunity to the Quick Boomerangs in the Mega Man Megamix manga and the Mega Man Archie Comics, with the former having his right arm severed and his body sliced in half and the latter having Quick Man literally (and simultaneously figuratively) backstab Flash Man with it.
It is possible to moonwalk into Flash Man's room due to the slippery floor.
