Flash Man is one of the Robot Masters from Mega Man 2.
Biography
Past
He was the sixth robot created by Dr. Wily and has the ability to control time. He is also able to partially stop time for brief periods. Flash man is a big show-off, loving cameras and photographs. He is also a very nice individual, treating well his comrades.
Mega Man 2
In his battle, Flash Man will walk around the arena and sometimes jump. Occasionally, he stops to use his Time Stopper which freezes the player. This allows him a direct shot. He is weak to both the Metal Blade and the Crash Bomber. The Crash Bomber will only deal enough damage with indirect hits.
=Mega Man 3
Flash Man appears in Mega Man 3 but is more powerful. He is seen being downloaded into one of Dr. Wily's Doc Robots. The robot uses Flash Man's abilities but to a great extent. Unlike the previous game, Flash Man's weapon is unavailable.
Super Smash Bros.=
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Flash Man appears as a support spirit that prevents the screen from flipping. His spirit battle is a timed Stamina battle again Mega Man that has Timers pulled towards him to slow down the player's movements.
