|~ "Florence" before she is killed by The Judoon|
Florence Finnegan is the alias used by a Plasmavore who serves as the main antagonist of the 2007 Doctor Who episode "Smith and Jones".
She was portrayed by Anne Reid.
As a Plasmavore, "Florence" had the ability to alter her internal physiology by absorbing the blood of another species to pass herself off as that species. She used a straw to perform this task.
After killing the Child Princess of Padrivole Regency 9, "Florence" was pursed by an intergalactic police force called the Judoon.
To escape them, "Florence" travelled to Earth in 2008 and checked into Royal Hope Hospital in London and pretended to be a patient there.
However, the Judoon discovered that she was there and transported the hospital to the Moon. To avoid being tracked by the Judoon's scanners (which could identify someone's species), "Florence" killed a doctor named Dr. Stoker and drank his blood in order to pass herself off as human.
"Florence", later encountered the Tenth Doctor and set an MRI machine to 50,000 Tesla, which would set out a magnetic pulse and fry the brain-stems of every living thing within 250,000 miles, apart from herself, who would then use the Judoon's ships to escape Earth. Florence then drank the Doctor's blood in an attempt to continue passing herself off as human. This proved to be her downfall as the Judoon scanned her as identified her as non-human (due to The Doctor being a Time Lord). "Florence" was then killed by the Judoon.
