Floronic Man (real name Jason Woodrue) is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Lena Luthor) in Season 5 of the adult animated series Harley Quinn.
He was originally a science professor at Metropolis Botany Research Center who had an affair with his student Pamela Isley. Trying to steal her research to claim as his own, he attempted to kill her, transforming her into the eco-terrorist Poison Ivy in the way.
Jason Woodrue was presented as Poison Ivy's Foil having been responsible for her transformation into a metahuman by locking her in a lab with poisonous gas. She then proceeds to do the same thing to him when they meet years later, which turns him into Floronic Man and they spend the next episode attempting to kill each other inside The Green, until Harley Quinn managed to kill him in the real world.

In his original form, Jason Woodrue had advanced knowledge of the botanical science. After becoming the Floronic Man, Woodrue gained the ability to mentally control plant life.

This is the second animated adaptation of Floronic Man. However, a character loosely based on Woodrue named Plant Master appeared in The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure.
