Flux, also known as Private Benjamin Tibbits, is a villain in Marvel comics. He is an enemy of the Hulk.
History
Private Benjamin Tibbits was a Private First Class in the United States Army. Tibbits, along with a platoon of soldiers, were exposed by a gamma bomb by General Ryker. Ryker told the soldier Banner was responsible for the gamma mutation that made Tibbets into a freak. General Ryker also managed to convince Tibbits that Bruce Banner was a traitor to the United States and he allied himself with a terrorist organization. Tibbits adopted the code name Flux in order to destroy and kill Banner.
