Foster is a major antagonist in Season 3 of the TV series 9-1-1, serving as the secondary antagonist of the episode "Fools" and "Pinned" and a supporting antagonist in "The Taking of Dispatch 9-1-1".
He is a member of a robbery crew in order to get money from priceless works of art stolen from a museum.
He was portrayed by Jesse Egan.
Biography[]
He previously did time in prison for robbery, and the experience was haunting upon his release. Despite this, he continued his life of crime all while evading the cops.
Fools[]
He and his associates disguised themselves as cops before taking the center captive.
The Taking of Dispatch[]
Once police raid after the cops shut the power, Foster voices refusal to go back to prison. Seeing an opportunity, Foster grabbed a gun and attempted to shoot his way out. However, a nearby officer saw him and shot him twice in the chest, killing him. Foster was taken to the morgue, while his team were arrested except Tiffany and Jake. Greg realized Tiffany had dupe them all and it is revealed Tiffany was the orchestrator who brought them all together.
Sometime later, Tiffany removed the GPS tracers from her van and the art to make it hard to trace. She and Jake were caught by Sgt. Athena Grant-Nash and the two were brought in the station. In interrogation, it is revealed the gang worked together and their last getaway driver Greg's group that was killed by cops had been Tiffany's father, making it clear it was all about revenge. Athena's family was surprised and her son remarked there was no honor among thieves.
